BREANA KENNEDY

Breana Kennedy is the epitome of an Island Estates expert. Born and raised in the Island Estates community, she continues to live here as a young professional. She attributes many of her personal qualities and skills to her family values and experiences. Always driven to succeed, she participated in the local early college program and doubled down to complete her high school program with an additional AA degree. She then layered on substantial entrepreneurial skills shaped during her first professional role in her father’s logistics company.  

In a subsequent move, Breana joined the hospitality industry in 2017 and then went on to serving as Vice President of Marketing and Customer Relations for a local, luxury, pool design and building firm. Her considerable skills in attention to detail and active listening to customer needs gained in her logistics role have been foundational in her success in this industry. Breana prides herself on intuitive customer relations — anticipating needs and meeting them creatively and promptly. Her role in the pool company introduced her to design and construction processes, regulations and project management in the private real estate environment.  

Close with her family, Breana feels family is what’s most important. Her personal and professional life is built on sound morals and she always deals fairly and with integrity. When not working, she enjoys playing with her dogs, boating, and cooking for her family. She is a crazy dog mom and her two dogs are her life! Breana’s love for her community is what sparked her passion for helping people and their families find their perfect home.
